Senior Data Analyst

Mahnoor Arif is a Senior Data Analyst at Ingenuity, where she supports arts education across Chicago by transforming data into actionable insights that inform strategy, strengthen advocacy, and expand equitable access to high-quality arts learning opportunities for students and communities.

Across her work, Mahnoor has focused on using data to collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders and strengthen public systems in ways that drive change at scale. Prior to joining Ingenuity, she worked as a Quantitative Research Assistant at the University of Chicago Consortium on School Research, where she analyzed student participation, persistence, and equity in Chicago Public Schools’ Career and Technical Education pathways. Previously, she worked with the Urban Unit in Pakistan, partnering with provincial government agencies to develop data-driven regional planning and school infrastructure reform strategies aimed at improving access to education and reducing out-of-school and dropout rates. Together, these experiences reflect a consistent focus on applying rigorous quantitative and spatial analysis to support policy, planning, and implementation.

Mahnoor holds a Master’s degree in Public Policy from the University of Chicago and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the Lahore University of Management Sciences. Outside of work, Mahnoor enjoys long walks and is an avid board game enthusiast.
