Does your organization currently have an artlook® profile? Maybe it’s been a while since you last visited the map, updated your profile, or experienced some of its new developments. artlook® map is a data platform that can provide you with real-time insights to help inform your arts education program reach and impact. It’s also a matchmaking platform that connects arts organization partners with CPS schools through a number of interactive features. In the coming months, through Ingenuity’s artlook® Converge campaign, we will be assisting arts partners with updating and making the most of their profiles so that it works in the ways you need.

Would you like to learn more about the map and how to use it to increase connections with schools and gain greater program insights?

Join Ingenuity for a 101 all you need-to-know session on how to access, update, and maximize your artlook® profile. During this interactive workshop, you will also have an opportunity to access your profiles and make updates as we move through the session.

Participants will engage around the following topics:

• How to recover your login
• Updating your profile 
• Status Toggle (new feature alert!)
• Partner Impact Reports
• Navigating school profiles
• Using Advanced Search filters
• Contacting School Partners
• Sneak peak at forthcoming features

We’ll also make sure to leave time for a Q&A so get your questions ready.

If you have any additional questions following the workshop, please join Angela Lin and Courtney Cintron for artlook Partner Office Hours beginning March 31 from 2-3pm. artlook® Partner Office Hours are informal sessions open to any arts organization personnel or teaching artists who have questions about the artlook® platform.
