Culturally Competent Content in Arts Classrooms Pt. 2

In Part 2 of Culturally Competent Content in Arts Classrooms, Constellation Resident Mojdeh Stoakley will review strategies for choosing content for our classrooms, and lead participants through a working session addressing content brought by participants. Session attendees will also take a deep dive into generational trauma and learning methodologies outside the traditional US school system, and how we might incorporate other modalities of teaching and learning to better support students of varying cultural backgrounds.
